6 WAYS TO CLEAN YOUR MIND


 1.    Start unfollowing people who do not add value in your life, who do not make you feel empowered, inform or inspired and in a company or group of people who do not motivate you to do better.

2.    Being selectively social means intentionally keeping your social circle small because the more people you carry the more unclear your mind will be.

3.    Always live in the moment and remember you cannot change the past but you can shape the present. Stay grounded in the present and shift your focus to things that are within your control don’t waste time and energy on the things you cannot control.

4.    Eat healthy be fit. Now is not the time to bring eat and take out all of your emotions on food. If you do so ensure that you being healthy.

5.    Meditate alone, enjoy alone, enjoy some self-time, and practice meditation in a dark room at the midnight while listening to nature sounds such as thunder and rain.

6.    Take yourself at a trip enjoy the sights and sounds, soak into the serene environment, forget about your city life and all of your worries.
