exercising. It trains your body to move blood and oxygen to your muscles
efficiently. Having a healthy heart leads to a longer life, better sleep and
better prevention of disease.

inner child in you out from time to time and simply have fun. When you are
having fun your bodies immediately reduces stress and anxiety and boosts your
energy and memory to concentrate more.

Laughter reduces stress,
anxiety and other negative emotions. The sheer act of laughing puts you in a
good mood is contagious and draws more positive energy your way. Every time you
laugh you are literally improving your physical and mental health.

Love is the reason people
wake up in the morning. Love also naturally helps you to take care of yourself
it can give you sense of pride to be healthy, be active and live a longer life.

BE AUTHENTIC
The most important part of
your life is when you find out who you are and why you are here. The answers
are different for all of us you will never know them until you will search for
them. Search yourself it will connect with your soul.
Forming your worldview by
relying on the media would be like forming your view about me by looking only
at a picture of my foot.
You don’t achieve happiness
by getting rid of your problems. You will achieve greatness by learning from
them.
you cannot compare man and
woman to each other because God has created them differently they are here in
the universe to perform different duties.
When people ask me if God
created the universe, I tell them that the question itself makes no sense.
Never waste your time on
silly things and never waste mental peace of mind.

I cannot do it every
time, but I think it’s the best way to read books.

Audiobook of the
same book
Now’ play the audiobook
and listen to it while reading the book. I love this method because it
activates my all 4 senses and the thing is most important is all about
retention when my all senses are involved. The best method to understand and
remember the stuff.
I know this method is
not pocket friendly but I love this method and if you like this method try it
once.

A person who criticizes
others or complains about others will never be trusted.
2.PUT YOURSELF IN THEIR SHOES
The quickest way to develop
empathy is to put yourself in others shoes. So, you’ll know how they feel.
3.THE ONLY WAY TO WIN AN ARGUMENT
The only way to win an
argument is to avoid it. Never indulge in an argument. Never ever.
4.REMEMBER PEOPLE’S NAMES
Never forget the names of
the people you meet and the people who supported you in your bad times and
always address them using their names.
5.BE A GOOD LISTENER
Become a good listener. The only
way to engage people is to be genuinely becoming interested in what they are
talking about.
6.THE STRONGEST WEAPON
Your most strongest weapon
is your smile. A person who smiles is far attractive than a person who always
frowns.

add value in your life and who don’t make you feel empowered, informed or
inspired.

PRACTICE MEDITATION
Meditation can bring many
positive health benefits into your life such as a new perspective on a situation,
increased self-awareness, reducing negative emotions and thoughts, and focusing
on the present while increasing your imagination and creativity. It seems good
to get away from the noise of everyday life and have time just for yourself.
EVERYTHING STARTS IN MIND
Every action you do is
directed by the thoughts you have and if you can control your thoughts, you can
control your life.
TIME IS PRECIOUS
Life is the summation of
time. You are accountable to yourself for the good and bad that you bring for
yourself. Making organized time management can make your life more
successful.
LIVING IN PRESENT
It won’t bring any good.
Learn to live in present by making the best use of the moments you have, to
build the moments you want.
BEING GRATEFUL
If you take a moment and
think about all the blessings you have, you won’t be able to count them all. Life
becomes easier, peaceful, and happier when you are grateful for the things you
possess. You are a superpower, you are the architect of your own fate if you
believe in yourself and dream of anything you can achieve.
HAPPINESS IS A PHASE
If you live, you will go
through the phase of happiness and sadness. Both of these are normal parts of
life. One teaches the meaning of the other. If you didn’t have sadness you
would never know how happiness feels like.
1. Put your health first because you can do great things in
life when you are healthy you cannot inspire anyone with sick character for the strong character you need to be healthy and focus on your mind and body.
2. Always be aware of your weaknesses and strength and never
show your weakness to anyone because people will start destroying you while
attacking your weakness which will make an impact on your personality.
3. Always have a plan for what you want to do in the future the road
map and trust your intuition or gut feeling because this is a message from the universe.
4. Set realistic goals based on high standards because when
we think big we will get big.
5. Work hard and do what you love because this thing will
never make you tired you are doing what you love and anything that is impossible in
this world to enhance your vocabulary and your thoughts. Thoughts become things.
Ø Always schedule your works based on priority and
make the list of to-do things and list them according to the most important work of
the day.
Ø Set a timer to complete each work as it increases your
efficiency and your management skills to complete prior tasks in lesser time.
Ø Take time on each work and find an easy way to
perform it and never waste time on making it difficult.
Ø Take proper breaks to relax your mind and body and
always follow the time management rule in everything because when you take care
of time and it will take care of you don’t waste it. Time is precious respect
it.
Ø Don’t put in any work for tomorrow. Don’t put yourself
in a procrastination state of mind don it now or never rule.
