efficiently. Having a healthy heart leads to a longer life, better sleep and
better prevention of disease.

Audiobook of the
same book
Now’ play the audiobook
and listen to it while reading the book. I love this method because it
activates my all 4 senses and the thing is most important is all about
retention when my all senses are involved. The best method to understand and
remember the stuff.
I know this method is
not pocket friendly but I love this method and if you like this method try it
once.

the right people not from the wrong ones.
Ø Always do the
things which will give you the benefits in the future.

everyone to behave as you do, people wake up differently every day.
