6 TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST


There are many tips which you can follow to decrease your weight drastically. But, in first you just have to sit down and relax see yourself in the mirror and ask yourself what are the goals you have to lose weight, how much consistent you will be towards your goal or it is just a goal to lose weight than after some time you will be in same weight like now.

You have to keep an eye on your weight and this will be throughout your life which will discuss below:

1.   DRINK MORE WATER

If you want to lose weight my recommendation is to drink more water than ever divide per glass as per hour. In first this will sounds weird,  but the more urine you will pass the more weight you going to lose because the stored fat in your body start leaving their place and through urine extra fat will be out from your body.

2.   DECREASE IN CARBOHYDRATES INCREASE IN PROTEIN


Carbohydrates is a fuel of a body you need to keep an eye on your diet because without this you cannot transform your body. When you are overweight that means your body has extra stored fat which is because of taking more carbohydrates and fat. Including rice, wheat, pizzas, pastas etc. your body converts carbohydrates into glucose which will help you talk, walk everything you do or you are doing is because of carbs and your body has already extra carbohydrates. When you decrease the amount of carbs and increase in protein especially take egg whites, meat, pulses etc your body starts changing. I will not recommend anyone to take expensive protein shakes in start or protein bars because if you take body cannot digest and cause constipation because your body is not ready to digest that amount of protein.

 

3.   TAKE MODERATE FIBER


Why I am talking amount moderate fiber??? because much fiber will cause constipation it is difficult for your body to digest because body is in shocking condition when you suddenly changes your diet it will be difficult for your body to digest it will takes time to get use to of it. Eat normal amount of salad whatever vegetables you like is up to you.

4.   EXERSICE DAILY


Nowafter you need to join any gym, running or start playing any game which includes your body physical involvement. If this first you can start from walking than slowly running or jogging and when you think your body has adapt the change join any gym. Start lifting light weights, barbells and dumbbells through which you can see the changes in your body And one reminder don’t take essential supplements like weight gainers , proteins shakes, proteins bars try to take nutrition from foods. Everything takes time to change.

 

5.   ELIMINATE SOFT DRINKS


Eliminate soft drinks from your life because it contains excess sugar  which ultimately increase  weight and cause damages to your body organs instead of this start drink black coffee and green tea with lemon it will cut your fat drastically. Drink 1 cup of green tea after any meal take daily and see the shocking results.

6.  SLEEP


Last and the most important factor to lose weight is to sleep on time and take 7-8 hours of sleep. When you are not taking proper sleep you will gain weight and if you taking many hours of sleep you will gain weight, so track your sleeping routine and you are good to go.

And lastly these things will help you to change you physically and mentally but remember this will be your life time goal. take your healthy as a blessing from God and when you are healthy you can take care of your family in a good means.
