space to heal rather than trying to fix everything at once.

Ø Listen to your parent’s advice at the end of the
day they are the only ones who wants the best for you.
Ø Choose your friends wisely as you are the product
of your environment.
Ø Learn to be alone and independent. It’s a skill
only few can mastered.
Ø Educate yourself enough read and write. Be healthy
& look after your body.
Ø Don’t wait for someone to love you. Learn to love
yourself first.
Ø You will be ok.
Ø With time things will get better no matter how terrible
your situation is right now there will be always a light at the end of tunnel. Trust
me you can make it through anything whatever you want in life.
Ø The sacrifices you are making right now will pay off you
in the future. It can be difficult to imagine how making small sacrifices today
can play off in the long run and small changes will give you compound effect in
future.
Ø Never compromise on quality because of quantity life is
all about quality not quantity. One quality experience can change your life
drastically.
Ø As you get older in life you start realizing that your
health and peace of mind is most important things so you have to take care of
your diet, what you read, what you watch and with whom you are spending your
time with.
Ø Learn to keep your ego down sometimes our pride can become
our ego and that can destroy our way towards success and happiness.

over the things we don’t have but we forget to thanks GOD whatever he has
blessed us.
Be grateful for the
little things you have and don’t compare them with others.

Ø Some relationships teach you clarity of your life.
Ø You can be in love with someone even they don’t like
you.
Ø You can love somebody and have a long distance
relation.
Ø Everyone can’t love you the way you deserve.
Ø Attachment can ruin your relationship.
ü When the negative thought comes into your mind start
telling your brain this is not real.
ü Visualize the positive thoughts into your mind until negative thought disappears.
ü Visualize the positive situation of your life because
your brain doesn’t it is real or not.
ü Change your habits of thinking negatively start doing
meditations and healthy activities like gym, yoga, and jogging which will help
you to eliminate negative thoughts.
ü Change your brain setting by breathing exercise
through which you can eliminate negativity from your life.

Ø Try new things and make healthy hobbies.
Ø Be patient and don’t take the stress.
