6 TIPS ON SELF CARE THAT CHANGED MY LIFE

 

·       Have space to heal rather than trying to fix everything at once.

·       If someone leaves, trust their absence is clearing space for better people.

·       Be responsible for your feelings and decisions and that’s how you counter attachments.

·       Don’t take everything personally sometimes people project their faults into you.

·       Its wrong to have feelings but to learn to control them helps a lot.

·       If you want something badly work for it pray for it and wait for it and get it.
