کراچی (رپورٹ :مسعود انور) کورونا وائرس برطانیہ کی لیبارٹری میں تیار کیا گیا ، اسے امریکا میں رجسٹرڈ کیا گیا اور پھر کینیڈا کی لیبارٹری سے ائر کینیڈا کی پرواز کے ذریعے باقاعدہ طور پر ووہان کی لیبارٹری میں پہنچایا گیا ۔ جسارت کی تحقیق کے مطابق کورونا وارئرس کو ایک حیاتیاتی

ہتھیار کے طور پر استعمال کرنے کا کام انگلینڈ کے Pirbright Institute نے شروع کیا ۔ Pirbright Instituteکے اس پروجیکٹ کے مالی مددگار Bill and Melinda Gates Foundationاور Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health۔ کورونا وائرس کو باقاعدہ امریکا میں Pirbright Institute نے پیٹنٹ بھی کروایا ۔ اس کا پیٹنٹ نمبر 10, 10,701 تھا ۔ جنوری میں امریکا میں پہلے کیس کے دریافت ہوتے ہی یہ پیٹنٹ ختم کردیا گیا ۔ کورونا وائرس جسے امریکا کے ادارے The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)نے 2019-nCoV کا نام دیا ہے ، سے بچاؤ کے لیے 18 اکتوبر 2019میں ہی نیویارک میں کمپیوٹر پر مشق کرلی گئی تھی ۔ مذکورہ مشق کا انتظام بل اینڈ ملنڈا گیٹس فاؤنڈیشن ، جان ہوپکنز سینٹر فار ہیلتھ سیکوریٹی نے ورلڈ اکنامک فورم کے اشتراک سے کیا تھا ۔ اس مشق جس میں پارلیمنٹ ، بزنس لیڈروں اور شعبہ صحت سے تعلق رکھنے والے افراد نے حصہ لیا تھا ، اس امر کی مشق کی گئی کہ کورونا وائرس کے وبا کی صورت میں پھیلنے کی صورت میں اس سے بچاؤ کس طرح سے کیا جائے ۔اس مشق کو Event 201کا نام دیا گیا ۔ یہ ایک فل اسکیل ایکسرسائیز تھی جو چین کے وسطی علاقے ووہان میں پہلا کیس رپورٹ ہونے سے چھ ہفتے قبل کی گئی تھی ۔ یہ بات بھی نوٹ کرنے کی ہے کہ کورونا وائرس سے بچاؤ کی کمپوٹر پر مشق کا اہتمام کرنے والی تنظیمیں وہی تھیں جو اس وائرس کے پیٹنٹ کے مالک ادارے کو فنڈز فراہم کررہی تھیں ۔ اور اب یہی ادارے اور تنظیمیں کورونا وائرس کی ویکسین پر کام کررہے ہیں ۔ 18 اکتوبر کو ہونے والی مشق کے شرکاء میں دنیا کے بڑے بینکوں ، اقوام متحدہ ، بل اینڈ ملنڈا گیٹس فاؤنڈیشن ، جانسن اینڈ جانسن ، لاجسٹیکل پاور ہاؤسز، میڈیا کے نمائندوں کے علاوہ چین اور امریکی ادارے CDC کے نمائندے بھی شریک تھے ۔ مشق میں باقاعدہ ماحول بنایا گیا کہ میڈیا میں کورونا وائرس کے پھیلنے سے تباہی کی بریکنگ رپورٹ آرہی ہیں ، شہری خوفزدہ ہیں اور حکومت سے اس کے تدارک کے لیے اقدامات کرنے کا مطالبہ کررہے ہیں ۔ ووہان میں Zhengdian Scientific Park of Wuhan Institute of Virology میں Wuhan National Biosafety Laboratory لیول 3 اور لیول 4 واقع ہیں ۔لیبارٹری میں لیول کی درجہ بندی کسی بھی وائرس کو محفوظ رکھنے کے انتظامات کے حوالے سے کی جاتی ہے ۔ووہان کی لیبارٹری میں کورونا وائرس پہنچانے میں دو چینی سائنسدانوں کا نام لیا جاتا ہے ۔ Dr. Xiangguo Qiu جو ماہر وائرس بھی تھی، 1996 میں کینیڈا مزید تعلیم کے لیے آئی ۔ ڈاکٹر چی کا شوہر Keding Cheng اس وقت کینیڈا کے شہر ونی پیگ کی لیبارٹری میںبطور بائیولوجسٹ کام کرتا ہے۔ یہ دونوں میاں بیوی ایبولا اور سارس وائرس پر تحقیقی کام کرتے رہے ہیں ۔ گزشتہ جولائی میں CNBC نیوز نے رپورٹ کیا تھا کہ ونی پیگ کی لیبارٹری سے ایک چینی خاتون سائنسداں ، اس کے شوہر اور ان کے چند پوسٹ گریجویٹ طلبا کو حراست میں لیا گیاہے ۔ اس خبر کے ایک ماہ کے بعد CNBC نے مزید خبر دی کہ مذکورہ سائنسداں جوڑے نے ایبولا اور Henipah کے وائرس ائر کینیڈا کی پرواز کے ذریعے 31 مارچ کو چین بھیجے تھے ۔ خبر کے مطابق وائرس کی شپمنٹ کے لیے تمام قواعد و ضوابط پر عمل کیا گیا تھا ۔ کہا جاتا ہے کہ اسی شپمنٹ کے ذریعے کورونا وائرس بھی ووہان کی لیبارٹری بھجوایا گیا۔ CNBC کی ایک اور فالو اسٹوری میں بتایا گیا کہ ڈاکٹر چی نے 2017-18 کے دوران چین کے پانچ دورے کیے جس میں چین کی لیول 4 کی نئی لیبارٹری کے ٹیکنیشینوں اور سائنسدانوں کو تربیت فراہم کی گئی ۔ یہ سائنسداں جوڑا اب بھی زیر حراست ہے ۔کورونا کا پیٹنٹ وائرس ونی پیگ کی لیبارٹری کے علاوہ انگلینڈ کی لیبارٹری سے اور بھی کئی ممالک کی لیبارٹریوں کو فراہم کیا گیا ہے جس میں آسٹریلیا بھی شامل ہے

آج صبح میں جب بیدار ہوا تو محلے کی مسجد سے

درود و سلام پڑھنے کی آوازیں آرہی تھی۔ مسجد سے آنے والی یہ آوازیں اس بات کا اشارہ تھیں کہ نمازِ فجر باجماعت ادا کی جا چکی ہے اور اب تمام نمازی دعا کے بعد درودوسلام پڑھ رہے ہیں۔ میں اپنے بستر پر لیٹا ہوا یہ سوچ رہا تھا کہ ان کرونا کے وبائی دنوں میں نمازیوں نے باجماعت نماز ادا کرتے ہوئے کیا ایک دوسرے سے مناسب فاصلہ رکھا ہو گا یا وہ عام دنوں کی طرح ہی نماز میں بغیر کسی ہچکچاہٹ اور احتیاطی تدابیر کے مشغول ہوں گے۔۔۔

اُس وقت شدت سے میرا دل چاہا کہ کاش میں باجماعت نماز ادا کرتے ہوئے نمازیوں کو ایک نظر دیکھ سکتا کہ وہ کس انداز میں نماز پڑھ رہے ہیں۔

میں نے بستر پر ہی لیٹے ہوئے اپنے کمرے کی کھڑکی کے شیشے پر نظر ڈالی جس کو صبح کی روشنی نے روشن کر رکھا تھا لیکن ہمت نہیں ہوئی اس کو کھول کر باہر جھانکنے کی۔ اس وقت کھڑکی کھول کر باہر جھانکنے سے آخر کیا فرق پڑنا تھا کیونکہ سارا دن تو گھر کے اندر ہی گزارنا ہے۔ ورنہ عام دنوں میں یہ میری عادت میں شامل ہے کہ جب میں صبح اُٹھوں تو کھڑکی کھول کر باہر کی فضا کا جائزہ لوں اور پھر چھت پر جا کر تھوڑی دیر سورج کا دیدار کروں۔ روز صبح اُٹھ کر چھت پر جا کر سورج کو دیکھنا میرا محبوب مشغلہ ہے۔

آج سارا دن آسمان پر گہرے بادل چھائے رہے، کراچی کے کچھ علاقوں میں ہلکی بارش کی بھی خبریں موصول ہوئی  لیکن میرے علاقے میں محض بادل ہی چھائے رہے اور بِن برسے دن کا اختتام ہو گیا۔

آج بدھ کا دن تھا بارہ بجے کے قریب میں دوبارہ نیند سے بیدار ہوا اور موبائل پر ایکسپریس اردو اخبار کی ویب سائٹ سے میڈم زاہدہ حنا کا کالم پڑھا۔ آج کا کالم شہید پروین رحمان کے بارے میں تھا جن کو کچھ سال پہلے نامعلوم افراد نے قتل کر دیا تھا۔ پروین رحمان جدوجہد کا استعارہ تھیں اور ان کی ساری زندگی اس شہر کے غریب لوگوں کو ان کے بنیادی حقوق دلانے کے لیے وقف رہی۔ زندگی کی آخری سانس تک وہ بھتہ مافیا اور لینڈ گریبرز کے خلاف سرگرمِ عمل رہیں۔ میڈم زاہدہ حنا کے اس کالم نے مجھے بیحد مغموم کر دیا۔ مجھے یونیورسٹی کے وہ دن یاد آئے جب ان کی شہادت کی خبر سن کر ہم نے کئی دن تک شہر میں احتجاج کیا تھا۔ سب سے بڑا احتجاج مزارِ قائد کے سامنے کیا گیا تھا جس میں شہریوں کی کثیر تعداد نے شرکت کی تھی۔ میں اپنے آپ کو خوش قسمت تصور کرتا ہوں کہ میں نے شہید پروین رحمان کے بہت سے لیکچرز میں شرکت کی۔ وہ واقعی میں ایک دردمند انسان تھیں اور اُن کو یوں قتل کر دیا گیا۔ اس شہر میں اگر قتل ہونے والوں کی داستانوں کو رقم کیا جائے تو صفحے کم پڑ جائیں۔ گزشتہ تین دہائیوں میں لاتعداد لوگ مذہب، مسلک، زبان اور قومیتی شناخت کے نام پر قتل کیے گئے۔ قتل کرنے اور قتل ہونے والے اسی شہر کے باسی تھے۔ مجھے ابھی بھی یاد ہے زیادہ پرانی بات نہیں یہی کوئی آٹھ، نو سال پرانی بات کہ جب اس شہر میں ٹارگٹ کلنگ عروج پر تھی اور نوجوان لڑکے قتل کر دیے جاتے تو ان کے لیے مساجد میں اعلانات کیے جاتے تھے کہ "فلاں لڑکا رضائے الٰہی سے انتقال کر گیا ہے آپ تمام لوگوں سے مرحوم کے ایصالِ ثواب کے لیے نمازِ جنازہ اور قران خوانی میں شرکت کی درخواست ہے۔" یعنی کہ اسلامی جمہوریہ پاکستان کی مساجد سے بدقسمت قتل ہو جانے والے لوگوں کے لیے "رضائے الٰہی" کا لفظ استعمال کیا جاتا تھا۔ مسجد کے لاؤڈ اسپیکر سے مولوی حضرات قتل کو رضائے الٰہی سے منسوب کرتے تھے۔ شاید اُن کو حاکمِ شہر سے اس طرح کے ہی احکامات صادر ہوتے ہوں گے۔ بیچارے مولوی بھی کیا کرتے زندگی تو اُن کو بھی عزیر تھی۔

آج پاکستان بھر میں کرونا سے متاثر ہونے والے لوگوں کی تعداد 1022 تک پہنچ چکی ہے جبکہ آٹھ افراد کرونا کے سبب جاں بحق ہو چکے ہیں۔ ہر گزرتے دن کرونا کے مریضوں کی تعداد میں اضافہ ہو رہا ہے۔ یہ انتہائی افسوسناک صورتحال ہے، جانے کب یہ کرونا کا وائرس اپنے انجام کو پہنچے گا؟؟؟

شہر میں کرونا کی وجہ سے لاک ڈاؤن ہے لیکن بہت سے شہری اپنے نجی کاموں کی وجہ سے گھر سے باہر جانے پر  مجبور ہیں اور پولیس والوں کا رویہ ایسے لوگوں کے ساتھ انتہائی تضحیک آمیز ہے۔ بہت سی ایسی ویڈیوز سوشل میڈیا کے ذریعے وائرل ہو رہی ہیں جن میں یونیفارم والے شہریوں کے ساتھ بدسلوکی کر ریے ہیں۔ میرے خیال میں چیف منسٹر کو ایسے واقعات کا سختی سے نوٹس لینا چاہیے۔

گزشتہ رات میرے ایک پرانے دوست نے مجھے وٹس ایپ پر میسیجز کیے۔ اس کے میسیجز دلچسپ تھے وہ مجھ سے پوچھ رہا تھا کہ عاطف یہ کراچی کرفیو سے کرونا لاک ڈاؤن ڈائری تم نے خود لکھی ہے؟ جب میں نے اُس کو بتایا کا ہاں یہ میری اپنی تخلیق ہے تو اس نے مجھے کہا کہ میں نے بھی ایک مختصر سا روزنامچہ تخلیق کیا ہے لیکن ابھی تک کسی کو اس بارے میں آگاہ نہیں کیا، میں تمہیں اپنا روزنامچہ بھیج رہا ہوں تم پلیز پڑھ کر اسے اپنے پاس سے ڈیلیٹ کر دینا اور مجھے بتاؤ کہ میں نے کیسا لکھا ہے۔ قصہ مختصر کہ میں نے اپنے دوست کا بھیجا ہوا روزنامچہ پڑھا جو کہ بیحد دلچسپ تھا۔ اس لمحے میں نے اپنے آپ کو بہت خوش قسمت تصور کیا کہ ایک دوست نے مجھ پر اعتماد کر کے اپنی لکھی ہوئی تحریر مجھ سے شئیر کی۔

کرونا وائرس نے ہر شخص کو متاثر کیا ہے اور لاک ڈاؤن کے ان تاریک دنوں میں جانے کتنی انفرادی کہانیاں تخلیق ہو رہی ہوں گی۔ اس وقت مجھے گلزار کی لکھی ہوئی ایک نظم کا شعر بار بار یاد آرہا ہے۔ اس نظم کو غلام علی نے گایا تھا۔

شام سے آج سانس بھاری ہے،

بیقراری ہے ہیقراری ہے!!

جس رفتار سے پورے پاکستان میں CORONA کے مریضوں کی تعداد میں اضافہ ہو رہا ہے خاص طور پر ان لوگوں میں جن کی سفری ہسٹری بھی نہیں ہے - 

کچھ احتیاطی تدابیر بہت ضروری ہیں - 

1) رورانہ آنے والی دودھ یا سودا سلف کی تھیلیاں دھو دیں یا اچھی طرح صفائ کریں -

2)  اخبار بند کروا دیں اور آنلائن اخبار پڑھیں -اللہ تعالی نے ایک امتحان میں ڈالا ہے اسی لیئے عبادات اور قران مجید پڑھنے کا وقت بڑھا دیں -

3) ڈاک اور کوریئرز کو ایک علیحدہ جگہ رکھیں اور 24 گھنٹے بعد گلوز سے کھولیں - Amazon اور Daraaz سے دور رہیں - صحت رہی تو Shopping پھر ہو جائےگی -

4) ماسیوں اور ڈرائیور حضرات کو کچھ دنوں کی تنخواہ کے ساتھ چھٹی دیں یا ان کو سختی سے پابند بنائیں کہ وہ دروازے وغیرہ کو کو بالکل ہاتھ نہ لگائیں - گھر آتے وقت فورا ان کو پابند بنائیں کہ وہ پہلے اچھے سے ہاتھ دھو لیں پھر اس کے بعد Doorbell وغیرہ کو صاف کرلیں۔  

5) پھلوں اور سبزیوں کو گھر لاتے ہی دھو دیں -

6) ریموٹ، موبائل فون اور Keyboard سب سے جلدی گندے ہوتے ہیں ان کو وقت پر صاف کرتے رہیں -  دن میں کم سے کم ایک مرتبہ ان کو صاف کیا جائے۔

7) کم سے کم ہر گھنٹے پر 20 سیکنڈ تک ہاتھ دھوئیں - چھینک آئےتو کہنی اگے کریں - 

8) گھر کے ہر فرد کا پانی کا گلاس الگ رکھیں -

9) ‏وقتا فوقتا تھا ہاتھ دھوتے رہیے چاہے آپ گھر پر ہوں یا دفتر میں۔ ہر گھنٹے میں ایک مرتبہ کم از کم اس کا اہتمام کریں-

10) ‏باہر جانے سے گریز کریں۔ عام سواری پبلک ٹرانسپورٹ سے جتنی احتیاط کر سکیں حتی الامکان کوشش کریں۔ اگر بالکل ممکن نہ ہو تو اپنی ذاتی گاڑی ماسک کے ساتھ استعمال کریں۔بوقت ضرورت Careem اور Uber بھی استعمال کیا جاسکتا ہے

11) جیم، سوئمنگ پول اور ایسی ہی ورزش والی جگہوں یا جہاں ہاتھ لگانے اور ہوائی تعفن سے بچنا ممکن نہ ہو وہاں جانے سے پرہیز کیا جائے

12)بچوں کی ٹیوشنز، قاری صاحب، کوچنگ کلاسز وغیرہ بالکل روک دی جائیں۔

13) سب سے ضروری بات اپنے ہاتھوں کو اپنے یا بچوں کے چہرے اور ناک، آنکھ وغیرہ  کہیں نہ لگائیں اور اپنے بچوں اور والدین کو بھی سمجھا دیں۔

14)خاص طور پر عمر رسیدہ افراد کا زیادہ خیال رکھیں اور ان سے گزارش کریں کہ باہر جانے سے گریز کریں جیسے کہ پارک چہل قدمی یا مصافحہ وغیرہ۔ اپنی جائے نماز مسجد میں میں لیکر جائیں اور اسی پر نماز پڑھنے کا اہتمام کریں-

براہ مہربانی اپنا خیال رکھیں اپنے گھر والوں کا خیال رکھیں اور اپنے عزیزواقارب کا خیال رکھیں۔
