5 THINGS TO DO AFTER BREAKUP !

 

Ø Cry out loudly for one week for a couple of hours but then be done. You can’t cry for your whole life wasting your time for the person who doesn’t have value in their life.

Ø Stop saying hi to past and future every day. If you want to say hi to someone say hi to your present. It should be without regrets, without guilt, without hatred, and without zero complaints and comparison.

Ø Stop coming into the dating world for some time. You haven’t healed yet. You will date someone who is genuine for you, you will be healed in that phase and they will be broken. Move on by yourself, not with someone’s support.

Ø Start chasing happiness watch comedy content and learning content make your mind busy with some stuff and don’t watch romantic or painful dramas or movies.

Ø Remember, the relationship is a part of life, life is not only about relationships. The world is not ended it is just the one relationship that ended that wasn’t for you. Start being active, make a healthy schedule start gym start focusing on your health you will get better and what is meant for you in life.
