You are scared that people will not accept you, who you are, what you think do or say you done need to think like that. First you matters than world or any other human being exist be enough to say and feel that I am enough for myself whether anyone accepts me or not.

This is main problem that you start reacting emotionally rather than objectively. Yeah I know sometimes it’s good to take decision on the basis of emotions but not regularly.

 

3.    APOLOGIZE

You will tend to apologize too much or start saying I am wrong please forgive me, speak your opinion or ask for a favor or existence matters a lot and like that your experience and opinions also for something.

 

4.    TROUBLE

You are having a trouble saying no to things you don’t want to do. Start learning to say “no” because you cannot accept the things you don’t want in life.

 

 

5.    AFRAID

You are always afraid to contribute your opinion in a conversation because you keep on thinking that I don’t know this, I cannot contribute, everyone start saying you don’t know anything start believing in yourself whatever you think and say will matter.

 

6.    IMPROVE

2.  Earn, save and invest before you spend but in real scenario we do totally opposite earn, spend and then nothing left to invest. We have to decrease our expenses or increase income.

3.  Avoid negative people avoid negative company life is too short you need positive people and company around you to grow yourself.

4.  If you don’t go after what you want you will not achieve what you want in life don’t give excuses to yourself that this is difficult I don’t have time you just need to make your mind ready than body will follow the instructions.

5.  See failures as a beginning not an end nothing comes easy in start you have fight with the world and yourself and have to struggle a lot and failure is a journey towards success.
