Kolachi Restaurant - The Spirit of Karachi is Kolachi Restaurant which is situated at a heartwarming

comp scanning of the best restaurants in Karachi. Kabajees, Kolachi and B.B.Q
tonight we have seen that these restaurants are providing one of the best foods
in Karachi but Kolachi and Kababjees has an edge of proving foods with the
pleasant and beautiful environment because it is located near by the sea view.
Kababjees has enormous variety of foods especially in BBQ items, and also
introducing new items according to the preferences & feedbacks of their
customers, but BBQ tonight and Kolachi has not a massive variety in some items
of food as compare to Kababjees. Kababjees is focusing on expanding their business
fastly in Karachi as they opened in 2015 and they opened 5 branches in
different location in Karachi and providing there customers best quality foods
& service. In all three restaurants they have skillful staff and provide good
service to their customers but in our survey and analysis the best one is
Kababjees which provides highly standardized service to all customer and
satisfy every end. They have admirable feedback process in one dine in which they
received more than 2 time feedbacks of their customers.
The
size of Kolachi is very big as compare to kababjees and B.B.Q tonight. In
Kababjees there is difference in standard of all branches in some branches
there is virtuous standard but some have average but Kolachi maintain excellent
standards and they have equal standardization in all branches. In all three
restaurants Kababjees have very quick responsiveness and very quick in
answering complaints of their customers and more flexible during dine-in
service to maintain its standard and quality. All restaurants provide excellent
quality of food.
B.B.Q tonight has excellent expansion they have
entered not only in other cities of Pakistan but also in Global market and
explore their business. In all above restaurants Kababjees play a vital role in
promotions and advertise through different channels. In price competitiveness
Kababjees have high prices as compare to Kolachi and B.B.Q tonight they both
have average price nearly. Kolachi has a great advantage of customer loyalty.
Customers can even wait for a long time just for having a food of Kolachi and
enjoy the pleasant view of environment. Kababjees are on growing stage so they
more focus on hygiene they maintain excellent level of cleanliness.
No one can compete to Kolachi in keeping creative
emotions high of customers. One example is they give ice cream with the
decoration of sorry and smiley, if the order of any customer is getting late.
B.B.Q tonight has explored their business in all
over Pakistan and in Karachi they have two branches one is in Clifton and other
in Malir Cantt. Hyderabad, Islamabad, Sialkot and they
also explore their business in Dubai, Oman, Kuala lampur, Nairobi and Singapore.
Kababjees has new furniture in virtuous condition. They also offer the
environment of spaceship in north branch. They focus on innovative and elegant
interior designing for their customers on the other hand Kolachi is not able to
maintain their interior design, the woods they have used are getting old, the
polish is removed and not highlight at night so, they are not investing anymore
on their interior design.
Kababjees offers best payments service to their
customers they accepts credit cards and cash payments and giving huge amount of
discount on that cards also but on the other hand in Kolachi they don’t accept
credit cards they only received cash payments. In delivery services all three
restaurants provide home delivery on any location in Karachi but service tax is
also included in delivery. Nowadays Kababjees have a major competitive edge
through targeting many areas of Karachi, they continuously planning how to
explore their business through opening new branches in different areas and
cater every customer with their best quality food and services.
CONCLUSION:
After doing a comparative analysis of the three
restaurants of Karachi which are Kababjees, Kolachi and B.B.Q tonight, we have
reached to a conclusion that Kababjees is in the mode of expansion, where it is
focusing to target every possible area of Karachi, and with their variety of menu
Kababjees is putting a tremendous amount of efforts to become the market leader
in this restaurant industry by capturing larger market share. Although their menu
prices are high, and is somewhat equal to the prices of Kolachi and B.B.Q
tonight but with their different types of discount offerings and promotions
like 50% off in the 1st week of Ramadan is something which is attracting
a large amount of customers. Whereas Kolachi has maintained their targeting of
particular niche segment of Defence Clifton side only, they are providing the
best services as well as the best quality of food with an outstanding taste but
still they are not providing any discounts of promotions, as they are
maintaining their standard of being a reputable expensive restaurant for the
upper middle and upper level class of the social stratification.
No doubt Kolachi have variety of food in their menu
card, their food quality is massively good, their environment is so relaxing by the sea, which people
enjoy staring at the sea and small fishes and crabs in the water but sometimes
in extreme hot weather people don’t like to sit in open area, or heavy raining
can also cause the customers switch to some other restaurants whereas Kababjees
has an advantage of air conditioned
service in their different branches were people like to dine, especially in
such weather and it gives Kababjees a
competitive edge over Kolachi. Bar.B.Q tonight has a competitive edge over
their brand name since 1988, it is serving the best Bar.B.Q in town before even
Kolachi or Kababjees was launched, so they still have got their loyal
customers, not only Karachi, but in other cities of Pakistan and globally as
well. The prices are high of all the three restaurants, one way
or the other, in some dishes they are equal, some of them have lower prices
than the other but Kababjees provides different types of discounts on different
occasions and they offer HBL Debit Cards on 30% off 10,000 Discount
limit, HBL Credit Cards 20% off 10,000 Discounts limit ,UBL Cards30% off
(No Limit), Summit 30% off 7,500 Discount limit, so this thing can attract more
people than the other two restaurants can.
If we look at all the aspects and reach to a
conclusion and as Kababjees is availing all the possible opportunities of
expanding and improving its services and food quality and are continuously
working on improvement of their offerings, so it is decided that Kababjees is a
better option than Kolachi or B.B.Q Tonight to go and dine in with.
